The IPL Acoustics M1tl is a compact transmission line with an amazing performance for its size, (i'm sat here listening to mine frankly I've never heard anything like these at handling strings, deep resonant double bass to "plinky violin piceses coming out of no where!)Although the line length is similar to the M3tl, it has a larger coupling capacity and the tweeter is placed above the bass mid unit making it more suitable for small or awkward rooms. It uses the excellent shielded double magnet IPL/5/M with its; magnesium cone, cast chassis, and the superb FountekCd1.0 ribbon tweeter, which has a fast ,detailed and transparent sound, coupled with a very smooth response extending to over 30khz! The sound quality of this speaker is quite outstanding having the characteristic smoothness of the IPL/5/M bass unit combined with; clarity, musicality, and an extended bass response. There is a naturalness to to the sound of these magnesium cones that is quite outstanding and very appealing. The stunning new M1tl can be used in relatively small rooms, but will also perform well in larger rooms. The M1tl has a very linear response with low distortion and excellent phase characteristics. All the drive units in these kits are individually matched for response and efficiency
The new improved Bi-wired crossover uses superb quality IPL and MKP PP capacitors, super power steel laminate inductors inductors and resistors. Now with magnetic grill covers for a cleaner look.

Fountek CD Neo 1Ribbon tweeter with metal face plate, aluminium ribbons, neodymium magnets results in superb sound reproduction. The advantage of the ribbon is that it has 10 times the force to mass ratio that a dome tweeter would have, and so is faster and more detailed. The Fountek are some of the best and most consistent Ribbon tweeters available, having a transparent but not harsh sound quality

CROSSOVERS
The new improved Bi-wired crossover located on the back of speaker connector panel and uses superb quality IPL and MKP PP capacitors, super power steel laminate inductors inductors and large stable audiophile resistors. Soldered using high silver content solder and a single core cable using 19 strands of 0.29mm SILVER PLATED HIGH PURITY COPPER with a conductor area of 1.4mm and a PTFE dielectric is used to conect the drivers to the crossover. It is also used for the Hi Low link on the external conectors.
